Increasing the annual maximum benefits and reducing out-of-pocket expenses for employees

Each calendar year an employee receives a preventive procedure (i.e. cleaning), they could earn a $100 increase toward the next year's annual maximum, up to an annual maximum of $2,500.

With the flexibility of starting with a lower annual maximum, employees could be given the option to earn up to $500 extra.
