With a voluntary plan design from Delta Dental, you can provide your employees with the quality dental coverage they need at an affordable group rate. Oral health has many connections to overall health, so offering your employees the option of dental benefits provides them with one more way to stay healthy.

Once the Delta Dental plan is in place, administration is easy. The employer will submit eligibility information, collect the employees’ payments through payroll deductions and remit the payment to Delta Dental. We do the rest! Because the benefit plan can be funded through IRS Section 125, employees can pay the costs on a pre-tax basis, making our voluntary program even more attractive.
